The family are listed as Pattent in the 1860 Census and next door to them is an Isaac Pattent aged 26, Emma Pattent aged 24 and a Sarah Pattent aged 60 all born in England. Could this be the Isaac Patient baptised in Radwinter, ESS on 6 Jan 1833 parents James and Sarah Patient? There is also a son John Patient baptised on the 30 May 1833 and an Emma Patient baptised 19 Oct 1834 same parents, same parish.
John's first son is called James and another he names Isaac!

John's wife in the 1880 Census is an Elizabeth born in Kentucky so I believe Ann has died and he's remarried. This could also explain why son George is living with his sister Fannie in the same Census.
